Earn as you learn
Our instructors are assessed against the New Zealand Qualifications Authority framework that is overseen by Skills Active | Te Mahi Ako. Trainee instructors can work as they study towards their Qualifications.
We employ the longest continually serving Cycle Skills Assessor in the Auckland region to coach and develop these instructors. If you regularly use a bicycle for transport, and have some teaching experience in a related area, for example, another outdoor discipline or school teacher, you could make a great cycle skills instructor. Our most successful instructors often contract to other organisations, as well as NextRide, for both variety and additional hours.
